Bengal Spice was welcoming, great menu choice and super friendly staff. We went for the deal where the chef picks what to cook you and we were very pleased. Will definitely be going back. ”

The food here is really very very good. Absolutely rammed full of proper depth of flavour. All of our meals were really good. I particularly like Rezala and it did not disappoint. I only marked atmos as a 4 because it was quiet but it was a Wednesday night, so not surprising as it is a typical midweek quiet sort of day. Service was quick, attentive but not overbearing. Drinks were properly chilled, crockery and cutlery clean and in good order. Clean and warm interior. We all agreed on the way home how good it was. Will be back again. However the service and the food we perfect and very reasonably priced! But the kids were adventurous and now want to come back! So looking forward to our next visit. ”
“ Me and my boyfriend went, we was welcomed in straight away, met 3 of the staff who were all polite and very attentive to not just us but everybody’s needs. I’m assuming the older guy was the owner he was lovely and again very welcoming as we’re not from round there we were just visiting the area for a couple days. He especially made an effort for food and drink suggestions which were both brilliant choices, something we wouldn’t normally choose but was glad we did! Both our meals were one of the best Indians we’d had. We would definitely recommend “the bengal special” curry I think it was called was full of flavour. We both left stuffed to the brim and didn’t even finish everything . There portions are defiantly decent sizes.
